CE Broker Submission
RN.org submits continuing education earned by Florida licensed nurses to the state contracted provider CE Broker electronically for paid subscribers.
RN.org automatically submits CEUs to the State of Florida contracted provider CE Broker. CEUs are submitted once a month for all nursing professionals who are paid subscribers to RN.org electronically without any intervention.
We do not upload partial months. Incomplete or incorrect registration information does not get uploaded. Then it would be the nurses responsibility to print and maintain the certificates in case of audit.
It is imperative that your license information is correct including but not limited to your profession, your license number, complete name and address as listed on your nursing license. RN.org is not responsible for any submissions and or errors in submission. The information we have in our files is what gets sent to CE Broker. If it is incorrect it will not get submitted and we do not resubmit.
The cut off is the end of the month. Any courses completed after the start of a new month will get submitted the beginning of the following month for paid subscribers.
RN.org submits CEUs for all Florida nurses who take courses on RN.org to CE Broker as long as your membership is in good standing. As long as all your information that is in the database is correct (located under My Profile on the left side of the screen after logging in) and your account is paid - it will be submitted.
CE Broker submission is completely free and included in the annual, unlimited membership on RN.org! Only RN.org offers all the courses you can take over an entire 12 month period of time from date of registration forward for a one time annual fixed rate!
