Directions for CE Broker Submission

RN.ORG submits continuing education earned by Florida licensed nurses to the state contracted provider CE Broker.

It is imperative that these directions are followed correctly. Forms will be submitted in a batch on a monthly basis after being received by the RN.ORG processing center.

1. Print copies of certificates of completion for each course you passed on RN.ORG and you want submitted to CE Broker. This can be done by logging into RN.ORG with your user name and password then scrolling down to the bottom under "My Profile". On the bottom of the page you will see a transcript of all your completed courses. To the right of each course you will see an option to Print/View your certificates. This is where you would print copies of your certificates for completed courses on RN.ORG.

2. For each course you want submitted to CE Broker you must submit the CE Certificate of Completion along with the completed scantron forms. The scantron forms must be filled out completely. Incomplete forms will not be submitted!

4. Mail the required documentation for each course in a 8x11 inch envelope (DO NOT FOLD) to: RN.ORG, 9791 NW 47th Drive, Coral Springs, Florida, 33076

5. For clarification, each course must have the following included for submission: a completed scantron forms, a copy of the certificate of completion from the RN.ORG website mailed in a 8x11 inch envelope. The forms MUST NOT BE FOLDED.
